Mamas Don't Let Their Babies Grow Up To Be Cow{girls} (Hillsborough). . .

A BIG SUPER HUGE shout out to my co-worker and friend, Alison, for agreeing to model this afternoon while I tried out some new ideas. . .

Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning, it was overcast and almost chilly.  I did not have high hopes for our shoot.  For the entire day I was really fighting disappointment because it was so cloudy with drizzle at times -- BUT -- literally 15 minutes before we were set to leave work, the clouds broke and THE SUN CAME OUT!!!!  Wah Hoo!!!  Off to the farm we went. . .

And, I have to say, not only did Alison photograph really really well. . .she was amazingly cooperative -- especially considering that I was asking her to tromp through tall grass at the height of tick season (gross). . .that thought still gives me the heebie jeebies.  (eww.)

I am really pleased with the results, and thankful for the opportunity to try out some new ideas.  Here, check 'em out. . .

And, thanks again, Alison -- you were AWESOME!
