Christina is the youth director at a church in Greensboro. She had contacted me a few weeks back because her youth group was holding a silent auction at the church to raise money for their summer mission trip. In support of the cause, Craven Creative Photo + Design donated a family/child portrait session and an 8x10 print.
From the sounds of it, the auction was a HUGE success, and all the youth will get to go on their summer missions trip -- FREE! How awesome is that?!
Oh, and did I mention that it was Christina's family that won the portrait session?! Yay!
So, on Saturday, I finally got the opportunity to meet Christina and her awesome family. We photographed for a little less than an hour in their backyard on a beautiful day. Admittedly, by the end of our time together it had gotten pretty warm, but the boys were troopers (and their parents too, of course)!
